Roquette is associating NUTRIOSE® with the first World of Bread Contest, a competition with a new approach: bread, health partner, bread, partner to gastronomy. Roquette invites you to attend from January 20 to 21 2007 at Euroexpo in Lyon.
In order to help its customers take up the new challenge in the food world - combining nutrition with pleasure - Roquette has developed a range of soluble fibers made from wheat or maize: NUTRIOSE®.
In the bakery field, NUTRIOSE® soluble fibers enable considerable fiber enrichment while at the same time preserving the taste and the appearance of bread.
White breads can thus be created which have the fiber content of wholemeal bread while at the same time retaining the organoleptic characteristics (taste and smell) of traditional white bread.
NUTRIOSE® is therefore a natural partner of the initiative of the ‘Ambassadeurs du Pain’ through the bakery competition they have organized: the first World of Bread Contest which will take place on January 20 and 21 2007 in the context of the SIRHA at Eurexpo in Lyon.
This will bring to the forefront both the idea of good food linked to bread and bread’s health image, which are fully in line with the possibilities offered by NUTRIOSE®.
Roquette is therefore proud to see NUTRIOSE® associated with this event and invites you to attend this bread festival on January 20 and 21 2007 in Lyon.
