NUTRIOSE/LAB NEWS/VignetteOn 28 and 29 June next, the Christian – Albrechts University will be hosting the second edition of the “Functional food products” seminar. 
The organizing committee is made up of four organizations – the DLG; the German Agricultural Society – the innovation network of the Schleswig-Holstein region – the DGE; the German Food Products Society and the GDL; the German Food Technologies Society.

This seminar aroused the interest of over 130 technologists, professors and students in the scientific food research field already when it was created in June 2006. This year the organizers expect a bigger audience. The participants will be able to follow technical presentations not only on functional ingredients for example, but also on nutritional claims.

Represented by Mr. Herbert Schelle and Mrs. Catherine Le Bihan, the Roquette group will play an active part. On 29 June at 2.40 p.m., Roquette will present the functional and technological properties of its NUTRIOSE® soluble fiber.
