® soluble fiber, made by Roquette, was the fiber used in the healthy bread with which the French team took third place at the first Bread World Cup contest: "Taste and Nutrition", an innovative contest held as part of SIRHA (International hotel, catering and food trade exhibition) on January 20 and 21 in Lyon, France.
