at the next seminar entitled ‘Dietary Fibre - Fortification Opportunities for Added Value'  organized by Leatherhead Food International on Feb. 27, 2008.

Dr Lefranc will give an overview of the nutritional advantages that NUTRIOSE® can provide in food and drink products. She will also describe the ease of use and technical benefits of using NUTRIOSE®.

The event will also include presentations from other suppliers of soluble fibre ingredients and will be chaired by Professor Judith Buttris, Director General of the British Nutrition Society.
