For the 8th IUNS-International Symposium on Clinical Nutrition, Roquette presented NUTRIOSE® range of soluble and resistant dextrins with outstanding tolerance and very low glycaemic response.
Attendees discovered the technological and nutritional properties of NUTRIOSE®, detailed and discussed during Roquette conference in order to draw a whole picture of NUTRIOSE® benefits. Mainly used for sugar reduction, fiber enrichment and extended energy release, NUTRIOSE® soluble fiber joins the list of Roquette's branded health ingredients, which include MALTISORB®sucrose substitute and NUTRALYS®, a new functional pea protein.
The conference abstracts will be published in a special issue of the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
