    Substitution of sugars (sucrose and glucose syrups at 4 kcal/g) by a combination of NUTRIOSE® (2 kcal/g)* and MALTISORB® (2.4 kcal/g)* achieves a significant calorie reduction.

     
  • With a very low glycaemic response (about 25%), NUTRIOSE is suitable for diabetics, avoiding hyperglycaemia, while  contributing to lowering the glycaemic load of foods.
