As such it can lead to attractive nutrition claims. - USA
NUTRIOSE® is GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe).
Labelling
NUTRIOSE® can be labelled as 'dextrin' and possibly completed with 'dietary fiber' or 'soluble dietary fiber', depending on the local regulations. If wheat, the botanical origin has to be declared (allergen labelling).
