Roquette food seminar in Israel

For its first food seminar in Israel, Roquette will present a selection of added value ingredients to help the food industry to go healthier.


The seminar will be delivered in collaboration with Roquette and its agent Sorpol at Tel Aviv's Avenue Events Centre on Nov. 26 next.


At Roquette, we take the issue of consumer health seriously and believe that we have a valuable role to play helping food and beverage producers respond creatively and profitably to its growing significance.
During the seminar, Roquette will present a selection of ingredients whose nutritional and functional quality is backed by extensive scientific data, nutritional studies, etc. The selection is intended to help food manufacturers create distinctive products in profitable segments like:

fibre and protein enrichment.

 
Because the success of a product is closely linked to its recipe, the seminar will also be devoted to the presentation of new product concepts, with samples for tasting. Participants will therefore have a unique chance to explore and decide what they like.
